Hi everyone. I'm tracking BBT with an app in an attempt to NOT get pregnant as I have a 4 month old. I use protection until I am certain of my cycle. The app suggested taking an LH test but don't know if this is positive or negative.

Hey hun, the LH test strip is easier to read once the pink dye has settled. The test line has to be as dark as the control line or darker than it for it to be positive. Hope thst helps a wee bit . P.s. congrats on your new baby 🥰

I use this brand of tests. Wait 10 mins before reading results. As PP said you want the test line as dark as or darker than the control line for it to be positive. Ovulation will then occur 12-36hrs after a positive test. You can get several surges though before actually ovulating.
