When is 1 DPO

Hello Smile

This is my first month TTC baby no 1, so it is all very new to me!

I have tracked using Clear Blue digital and had my static smiley yesterday morning. The app has highlighted yesterday and today as my peak fertility days. Does that mean my 1 DPO is Saturday?

Just want to check so I know when I can start POAS at 10 DPO Wink

Yes that's probably right. Unless your ovulation monitor does something different for your exact day of ovulation? Hopefully this is your month but if not, your luteal phase should be 14 days (not everyone!) so you could count back from your first day of your next cycle.
