So, this is my first time ttc and according to fertility friend (my opks, cm, bbt etc.) I definitely ovulated on the 16th, I used a sperm donor (at home, I know the guy and I used a syringe/preseed etc.) and I've not really felt anything until today. I'm getting like a much milder form of period cramps (including back ache) is this normal and possibly a good sign? I always thought this would be too early, but this is very unusual for me as my period has always been like clockwork.

It could be a good sign, but it's just too early to say either way I think.

Personally I know I'm hyper aware of potential symptoms after ovulation so I think it's easy to torture ourselves speculating.

Crossing fingers for you but try to put it to the back of your mind for a few more days until you can POAS. Easier said than done I know.

Thanks, I am trying not to focus on it too much but it's hard!

I'll definitely post back with news, I'd be incredibly lucky if it does work first time though!

Totally with you. The TWW is agony! I tested yesterday with FRER and got a BFN. Spent the whole day feeling totally deflated. But the irony was I had originally promised myself I would wait to test until nearer AF due (on Sunday), as I know its so early in my cycle to test. I feel like I've had every symptom under the sun since ovulation but now I'm wondering if it's all in my head. I'm going to wait at least a few more days before I test again and try to not focus on symptoms, I don't want to build myself up for more disappointment in the meantime.

Really crossing fingers for you and definitely let us know how you get on Flowers
