Hi all, I need some advice. I'm trying to work out if these lines are just wishful thinking. Bit of history, we have been TTC for about 10 months now. My cycles are on average 27-29 days. I ovulate late in my cycle, on about day 19 or 20 so my luteal phase is very short. This month I ovulated on day 20 and was showing no signs of a period by day 30. Later on yesterday I started cramping and spotting, not enough to soak a pad but still quite red. This morning the spotting has continued and probably got worse but I decided to do a test anyway in case it's implantation bleeding, which would be about right at this point in my cycle (10 days DPO yesterday). Started with a cheap stick and got a very faint line and and then a FRER. Has this ever happened to anyone else where they have bled quite a bit and still got their BFP?

Thank you for the replies. I think it's a chemical pregnancy as I've tested again this morning and the lines are fainter and I'm still spotting. Will try again with a first response tomorrow and see if there is anything showing. If not then time to start trying again, gutted x

Sorry to hear that @DC1987. Good luck for tomorrow - fingers crossed your line will be darker! Xx
