Faint line on One Step but negative FRER

Hello!
I took a One Step pregnancy test the other day and it came back with a faint line and I took 2 others that came back with faint lines but I took a FRER the next morning and it was negative. I don't know if/when I ovulate as I'm still breastfeeding. Has anyone had this and still been pregnant?
