So this will probably sound ridiculous but here goes - i’ve been sexually actively for years with different boyfriends (was quite careless) and never fell pregnant, had regular cycles though. I thought i was infertile, then i accidentally got pregnant from a one night stand age 19.. this guy was a super healthy fit gym guy who didn’t smoke or drink and who had got 8(!?) other women pregnant in his recent years - so basically he has super sperm. now i’ve been with my partner a couple of years but nothing again even though we’re doing everything right.. so i’m wondering do you guys think is it possible to ONLY be able to get pregnant by a super fertile man with super sperm? all the fertility tests i’ve had have come back normal. so depressed. thanks :(
