Since having my miscarriage in January of this year, I question my body a lot. I'm 10 dpo and my period isn't due for 4 more days.
There's some spotting only when I wipe after using the bathroom and it ranges from light pink to light red. I didn't have this with either of my other pregnancies and it terrifies me to see blood now. Could it be implantation? Could I have started my period 4 days earlier than expected even though I've always been regular? The cramps are mild, but that's usually how my cramps are during my actual period. (I have a high pain tolerance since giving birth unmediated)
