BBT did I ovulate?

I’ve been doing my temp every morning. I use fertility friend and it says I’ve ovulated. However my temp hasn’t increased that much.

Should I trust fertility friend?

I think so, but your temps are very low. Have you had your thyroid checked? My temp usually sits low around 36.0 but then when I have ovulated it goes to 36.5+ it might be that your temps are naturally lower but might be worth checking.

Could be, or if you sleep with your mouth open? Some people are naturally lower, mine are considered on the low side I think. How long have you been tracking?
