False positives?

Hi! Apologies for the long post.
I have taken a test today due to some light spotting around 4 days ago that stopped after a day or 2.
I used a clear & simple test and it come up positive within the time frame.
I used another cheapie test and that was negative.
So I took a FRER what was also negative.
(All taken with smu)
Does anyone have any idea of why this may have been? Did I get a false positive?
The line showed up within the time frame and had a pink colour to it.
Will retest again tomorrow with FMU.

Just to add, this is another test I took yesterday evening. Has a faint but clear line.
