On Sunday I had spotting (just a blob of blood in my underwear) I thought it was the start of my period as it is due either the 9th or the 10th but it stopped and I've had nothing since. Tuesday I had jelly like discharge (TMI I'm sorry), abit like EWCM, I've had the same today. I did a pregnancy test this morning which is pictured below but I'm not sure if it's just an indent line so I don't wanna get my hopes up. Would my CM go like ovulation CM if I was pregnant? Or is it possible that I'm just ovulating late? I do have slight sore boobs but could be down to my period coming and then I've had cramps on and off since Sunday, just really mild but again could be my period coming. According to my app I ovulated on the 25th.

Thank you!

I can see a line! Not sure how dark it should be at 12dpo. Good luck 🤞

Hi @flowermil

I've posted today about a similar situation, think I ovulated on the 26th now wondering if a really slow start to my period or maybe implantation bleeding.

I can clearly see the line on your test by can't tell if it's pink or grey, from what I've read it should be pinkish if positive.

@Monicatatie thank you - I've ordered some more tests which should come tomorrow. I don't wanna get my hopes up!

@JuneySunshine it's so confusing isn't it. I've never had the spotting like I did on Sunday before and then the weird CM today before my period so im hoping it's a positive sign! Have you taken a test yet? X

Ooh good luck! I've read a lot about first response having indents so I'm worried that's what that is on my test. It's tough not to get your hopes up and then be disappointed. I ordered the boots early response ones so we will see! Good luck for tomorrow, you'll have let me know how you get on! X

@JuneySunshine how're you getting on? I still don't have any answers. I'm finding the whole thing abit draining and I'm abit emotional today. Still no period though and still getting faint to barley any lines so I've no clue!

Hey @flowermil

Sorry I didn't update. I'm pregnant! So I took a FRER on the 8th and saw a line, and again on 10th. So I cautiously told my OH.

Then I left it all this week, trying to stay calm. This morning I took a CB digital and got a 'pregnant' in black and white. So registered with the midwife etc.

So sorry, I can understand this must be stressing you out Flowers complete puzzler.
Have you got any symptoms?
Are you using different tests/ different batches of the same?
Have you considered approaching anyone medical?

flowermil · 16/07/2021 16:58

@JuneySunshine ahhh massive congratulations!! I'm so happy for you!

I don't feel like I have any symptoms if I'm honest, but I really don't know. I did a first response first that came back with a line, they I did cheap ones from the chemist all came back with faint lines you can hardly see! Did two Tesco ones and one came back faint positive and the other negative and then I did two of the cheap strip tests by the brand freedom that both came back positive. Got some cheap boots strip ones and to me they're all negative but my sister says she can see lines in them. One of them did come back with a line but I didn't read it until a while later so dunno if that's reliable.

I've spoke to my doctor and she's referred me to the maternity unit which I'm abit overwhelmed by as I don't even know if I am yet!

Anyway, I'll try and attach photos for you. The numbers are in order of which I took first and the last number is from today! Sorry there is so many!

Oh my goodness. I can see lines in 1,5, 7 and possibly some more. I just think taking pictures is a nightmare, I couldn't take anything that look like my FRER IRL. I suppose you've been doing this with FMU and everything?

You've done everything I would do I think. I'm sure they can do tests with the maternity unit that will help- maybe look for hormones other than HCG. I've also seen people getting very early scans at 5 weeks etc which might help?

flowermil · 16/07/2021 17:24

It's mad isn't it! You'd hope that out of them all they wouldn't ALL have faint lines! They're all with my first morning wee!

I have an appointment on the 28th with my GP so I'm gonna ask then if I don't have more answers. It's just a nightmare! I got some extra sensitive tests from Amazon that are coming tomorrow, I'm gonna do one tomorrow and no more after that. Just gonna wait and see what happens!

Can I jump on this post please!😊

So I'm just wondering I've been taking clomid since March and have got a positive OPK on day 14 of each cycle, but this month my believe I ovulated on day 16/17, so my question is, can I still expect my period to be the same time it has been or will it be a day or 2 later?

Any information would be appreciated Thankyou Smile

JuneySunshine · 16/07/2021 17:58

Hi @raindrop25
I would have thought your luteal phase would stay the same length and so period would be later but hard to be sure
