My partner suffers from retrograde ejactulation. Its a fairly new diagnosis, but sometimes he will ejactulate and other times (most of the time...) he won't.

Decided to stop trying the old fashioned way as I never knew if anything came out or not so after many chats with the Dr we decided to do some at home insemination

The last few months he hasn't produced anything but tonight he did!! I was so happy

I insterted it immediately via syringe however it seemed to have all leaked out immediately afterwards. As I was inserting it it seemed to just be flowing back out.

I'll be gutted if I missed my chance any positive words

I'd recommend getting a ferti lily to insert straight after!

I'm in my 4th month ttc using SI.

We SI at night and I tend to raise my pelvis as much as I can for 30 minutes afterwards (not that comfortable!) then literally go to bed afterwards. Just thinking how you can maximise the chances Smile

In the morning there does tend to be some leakage but I just hope that something has gone up there!
