Early pregnancy bleeding

On Friday I was 5 weeks 6 days pregnant with my first pregnancy.. I began bleeding similar to period heavier slightly but this then began to get lighter on Saturday and Sunday only there when I wiped after the toilet really. Then Monday (today) it got slightly heavier more like a period again.. have slight cramps on and off.. I know it can mean miscarriage I’ve done tests Saturday, Sunday and Monday and all positive so I’m unsure what I’m even asking just wondering as anybody had similar and have had positive outcomes?

Forgot to mention was at the hospital Friday and got an internal scan and there was a yoke sack visible within the womb but the doctor said it was to early to tell for anything else

I had period-like bleeding and cramping when i was 7-8 weeks. It was short lived, only lasting a couple hours, but I assumed it was the start of bad news. Went for a scan a few days later and saw baby with a heartbeat. Now 10 weeks.

Hi, it’s worrying isn’t it.
I would say that there’s no point in testing because pregnancy hormones remain in the system for sometimes weeks even after a miscarriage has completely ended.
There’s no way of saying for sure if this is a miscarriage.
Scans at EPAU can give you some guidance but not much shows up until 7 or 8 weeks.
Can you self refer?

I think I can go back in again through a and e if I need to the doctor said to come back up if cramps get very bad or bleeding gets heavier which it hasn’t got heavier than Friday only lighter as I’m only 6 weeks 2 days now they aren’t going to no more than Friday I’d imagine will see how things progress over the week hopefully it will stop and all will be okay. I have another appointment the end of next week which is a follow up it’s just hard to wait as it’s such a worrying time !
