confused! :( TMI!!!

i am so confused at the moment we have been ttc for a while we are using cbfm at the moment im cd 20 iv not yet ovulated and i started bleeding yesterday my cycles are normally 28-30 days so this is odd. my lmp was also very light in comparison to normal af's.
it started with spotting two days ago, blood stained discharge yesterday and today ive been bleeding whn i wipe!
went to see gp as i am sooo confused she tried her hardest to reassure me that everything is ok but i have come out of the drs non the wiser she basically said i could be pg i could be miscarrying it could be neither she felt my stomache and has had a sample to send off for a pg test, even though i tested after the abnormal bleeding and got bfn she told me to relax try not to think about it and the results should be in tues however if the bleeding worsens or i get lower pain im to go to out hours drs or a&e
been so tearfull, was she just safe gaurding herself?

I don't know, but at least you've got yourself tested. If you're not happy with the outcome, maybe push to have a scan so you can find out what's caused the bleeding. I know it will be a miserable wait - I hope you bleeding stops. Be really kind to yourself this weekend and take it really easy. I hope it all works out okay

thankyou i am just diasppointed that she didnt do to much although she tried to be reassuring! she did say they would scan me if test +ive.

It's really hard and frustrating when they can't do much. I would maybe even ask for a scan if its negative, unless they give you a clear reason for the bleeding. Good luck!
