Hi everyone, I’m sorry, I know how annoying these can be. I think I’m roughly 9DPO, I felt implantation on Thursday - I know for sure what it feels like, because unfortunately I’ve had 3 miscarriages over the past 3 years.

I think this is positive, what do you think? I have a FRER which I’ll take in the morning. This is was taken earlier this evening.

Looks better than my first positive. Once I saw a positive on my cheapie I tested in the same pee with a frer and got a much better line so you should see something tomorrow

FMU this morning, it looks very light to me, but I think is super early. My cycles aren’t 100% regular, but I think it’s 10dpo. Should it be stronger?

That looks pretty strong to me especially if your still really early -

Remember implantation can take between 6-12 days. Also it depends a lot on your base hcg which can be from 0.1-5 before implanting. Hcg doubles every 48-72 hours so to have hcg over 6.25 which is the strength of the frer it’s good. I also get worse tests in the morning and have strong hcg in the afternoon after a few hours hold. Try and keep busy and stress levels low- easy to say I know! This is my 12dpo frer so a few days ahead of you and not much stronger! I’m now nearly 16 weeks :)

Hopefully to give you some reassurance - here is my 9-12DPO FRERs which look quite similar to yours at the same point.

Just had a tiny amount of light brown stringy CM. This is how it always starts, it’s the beginning of the end again. Heartbroken doesn’t cover it.

@ContadoraExplorer thank you so much for asking! It has stopped, for now at least, but I’m trying desperately to think positively. Based on my LMP I’m exactly 4 weeks today, but I know for certain that I implanted last Thursday, so it’s not even a week post implantation yet. I spoke to EPU earlier and booked for a scan in two weeks today when I’ll be 6 weeks, if I get that far. The Dr is supposed to phone me this afternoon to talk about my prescription because this will be a high risk pregnancy, for as long as it lasts.

The bottom two are my tests from this morning, the top FRER is from yesterday. They don’t seem dark enough to me. It all feels so precarious, and I’m literally terrified. Just taking as each day as it comes.

I don't know if this will help at all because, let's face it, we're all different, but in my first pregnancy I had some stringy dark blood at about 5 weeks and I was terrified as well. I remember cancelling plans with a friend just in case the worst happened and just sat with my feet up the entire day thinking that by resting it night help. I had a little more the day after but then it stopped for a few weeks and then happened once more just around New Year, about 4 weeks later. EPU felt it was older blood and they were right, the pregnancy continued without any further issues from that point on. Granted I wasn't in your position re previous miscarriages but it goes to show that this sort of spotting can happen so there is still some hope for you.

Re your tests, I have to agree they don't look massively different but that may still be OK, the HCG might just not be ramped up enough to make enough of a difference yet. Do you have another test to do? Maybe give it a day or so and then test again to give the levels time to increase?

Thank you so much @CPDubs I’ve just had my first clexane injection, I’m already on 150mg aspirin, 5mg folic acid and cyclogest pessaries twice a day. I really hope something in that lot helps. I’m frightened out of my mind about everything, especially my faint tests, but all I can do is get through each hour!

Morning! For anyone still following this, the test this morning looks very slightly darker to me (quiet cautious rejoicing!). DH thinks it does too. Still no more brown CM. Do you think this looks darker?
