Hi I have confirmed pco , not pcos I have one polycystic ovary which is my left one and my right one is normal. I'm trying to convince number 3 with my new partner. It took me 18 months with my first and I never knew about temping and opks and then my second was unplanned and happened 9 months after I gave birth to my first daughter. Its been 5 years now and I'm planning my 3rd but it's proving very difficult ! I'm temping and using opks , I don't have constant peaks on opks but it's looking like I only ovulate every other month my cycles are anything between 28 days and 40.But this month I've had an odd 22 day cycle no recorded ovulation on fertility friend so I don't know what's happened with this cycle at all. Which is so annoying! My temps seem steady not all over the place I've had all my hormones checked and there's not an issue with anything including lh. I guess I'm hoping there's someone with pco that can shed some light on the situation?? I had a scan a few weeks ago and I'm waiting on a follow up as I had a cycst formed from a failed ovulation that I'm told is quite common and nothing to worry about. I never got a positive opk this month so I'm guessing I tried to ovulate and just didn't for some reason which is why this bleed has happened so early!! Anyone with pco have any advice same sort of thing happening ?? I'm going out of my mind stressed out atm ! T.I.A
