Feel pg but AF arrived

I'm not actively ttc but also not not trying. AF turned up but a bit lighter than usual. I feel exactly how I did when I was pg with my lo. I even threw up this morning. Has anyone ever had a 'period' and still been pg?

I did, but it turned out to be ectopic. Just my experience, have you taken a test?
