BBT chart help

This is my first cycle temping, and I'm a bit confused that my temps don't seem to be matching up with my other signs.

I was pretty certain I'd ovulated on CD14: no more EWCM on CD15, my peak OPK was morning of CD14 then had dropped again by the evening and I'd had back ache all afternoon.

But FF says I ovulated on CD16 based on my temps (I know it doesn't show the cross-hairs yet, but if I put in another 36.7 for tomorrow they come up).

DH was ill on CD15/16 so we didn't BD. Also, my cycle is normally 26 days so if I don't ovulate til CD16 that's a really short luteal period.

Anyone want to venture an opinion?

Hm that is a tricky one actually! I think CD14 could be the day with a slow rise afterwards - especially as all your temps are higher than the previous six at that point.

I think go with that and see how long your LP gets!

I'd say cd17 you ovulated. My temps were always over 36.5 after ovulation.

@Juno231 thank you! That makes sense to me as it's consistent with all my other fertility signs, it's really irritating that there's no definitive way to know

I think if AF comes on CD26 as usual then I'll assume it was CD14. If I have a 28 day cycle (unusual for me, but not unheard of) then FF was probably right).

Just an update in case anyone finds this through a search later - AF arrived bang on time with my normal 26 day cycle, so almost definitely CD14 ovulation with a slow rise.
