Very dark line?

After 9 looooong months I finally have a second line! However it seems very dark considering I'm only on cd26, and there are a lot of twins in my family. With DS I didn't get a line like this for at least another week, what do you think?

How many DPO are you?

idontlikealdi · 30/06/2021 21:32

I've got twins and only ever had a feint line

Depends when you ovulate of course but up until your missed period, hcg in single and multiple pregnancies is broadly comparable and even after that point, due to variation in women, multiple pregnancies might not have a stronger line than a singleton.

I had a much stronger line than you before my period was due and by the time I was 14 dpo, the test and control lines were the same darkness, by 18dpo, the test line was stronger than the control. I only ever had singletons.

I'm 12dpo.

I had a much stronger line with both of my singleton pregnancies. Both were darker than the control. Congratulations xx

Thanks, I suppose I'll find out at 12 weeks!

This was mine at I think 14 DPO with my son when AF was due. Because a lot of people test very early on these forums it is easy to forget how clear lines can be close to AF! As you say, you will find out at your 12 weeks. Wishing you a healthy pregnancy whatever the outcome is 😊Flowers
