Hi - apologies if this is the incorrect place to post this but I couldnt see anywhere else and I figured that you guys may have had experienced - I'm not TTC any more but due to low folate I have recently started taking Folic Acid (5mg per day as prescribed by doctor) - since then period has been mental, first might as well have been a no show then 2 weeks later it has hit me like a tonne of bricks - mega heavy and cramps/pain is horrendous - I have endometriosis /endometrial cysts and I wonder if it's wrecking havoc with it - Dr is saying that FA doesnt affect periods and went on about the Anemia side of it but it does seem like too much of a coincidence that i start taking it and all of a sudden i feel like I've been ran over at that time of the month (usually every 3 weeks for me, I'm 44!). Has anyone experienced anything similar - just want to hear anything from any other women as I dont know whether to stop, or give it time to iron itself out if anyone thinks it gets betterl! Def can't go through this every 3 weeks. Thanks a million xx

Have you had covid vaccine? Some women reporting change in period following it?

Yes I’ve had both jabs - 2nd maybe a month or so ago as asthmatic….. I hadn’t even thought of that! I’ll bring that up with Dr. Thanks
