Ovulation Pain for first time.....

Hi ladies,

We've been TTC since December but as yet it has not happened, I've been tracking my cycle using Ovia Fertility app which has been pretty accurate so far, however last month my cycle lasted 36 days, its usually only 28 so I'm now confused as to what's happening. For the last 12 hours or so I've had pain in my left ovary (assuming that's where its coming from) which is just like a dull ache which comes and goes. I've also had EWCM for the last few days so I'm assuming that the pain I'm experiencing is ovulation?? I've not really been tracking my BBT or using OPKs as I don't really want to stress myself out over it, just wondered if this is a good indicator that something is happening as I've not experienced it before now!

Could be ovulation. My ovulation pain ranges from period pain type aches to feeling like I'm being stabbed in the ovary with a very sharp pointy dagger

Sounds very likely it's ovulation, especially if you've had EWCM beforehand.

I had the worst ovulation pains this month - the pain actually radiated down my right thigh. Often I can feel a light and dull ache on one side, but this month was totally different. Hope that's all it was! X
