Soy dosage help - just Isoflavones content?

Trying soy isoflavones next cycle and they’ve just arrived, but I’m a little confused about the dose and google has conflicting answers!

So hoping someone has used these or similar and can help me out - do I take them based on the whole soy content (100mg) or just the isoflavones content (40mg)?

Was aiming for 100, 100, 150, 150, 200 (or close to that anyway) on CD3-7 but not sure how many tablets I should take to achieve that? Packet says no more than 2 per day, but obviously I’d need more than that if I base it just on the isoflavones content.

Pictures attached to hopefully make it clearer, and thank you in advance!

I am not sure about the science or the correct dosage but I wasn't ovulating, bought the same as you and got pregnant in the first month of taking soy. I took 2 tablets on days 3, 4, 5 and 1 tablet on days 6 and 7.

You would take them according to the pure isoflavones content per tablet, i.e. each tablet will give you 40mg. So on each of the five days you'll have to take multiple tablets

I've just started today taking SI this cycle too. I've got the Holland and Barrett ones, bit nervous as the measurements are different. Have you had any side effects from them yet?
