Hi everyone!
I have purchased conceive plus ovulation support to try and its just arrived. I am on CD60 of first cycle ttc#1. Should i wait till af arrives before starting it incase ive ovulated in the last week...or will it do me no harm just starting it now?
Also, i have been taking pregnacare before conception. Is it ok to take both together or would you stop taking the pregnacare if taking conceive plus and just take folic acid with it?
