A bit confused by this

Hello!

Apologies for a potentially long thread!
I got this FRER result yesterday evening, not sure what to make of it as when I then opened the test it seemed like a indent.

Thought I ovulated on / around the 11th as I had some EWCM! Fast forward to today (haven't been tracking anything this month) and these are my ovulation test strips!

So something is wrong, either the pregnancy test or the ovulation strips! I just don't know what to do and can't get to any shops right now 😩🤦🏼‍♀️

With some women a positive ovulation test will also give a v faint positive on a pg test. I've had it happen with v sensitive pg tests

If you are pregnant then an ovulation test would also be positive. However I don’t want to get your hopes up as if you ovulated on the 11th you would only be 5dpo? Unless you ovulated before that.

It looks hopeful but unfortunately the only way to know for sure is to wait and test again!

Thank you all. Just don't know what to think, I've had so many false positives with frer before / indents that I just don't hold out any hope with them anymore..! Xx

I got positive opks when I had a positive pregnancy test, apparently the ovulation tests can detect hcg (not always you can have pos opk and not be pregnant or not positive and be pregnant - for anyone else who reads this :) )

I mean, I hope you get the result you want this time, but maybe stop using them?!

@ThursdayWeld I've not been treating or even picked up a FRER for months now - but had a strange metallic taste in my mouth Monday so decided to test - this was unfortunately the only one I had in the house! But yes thank you I will do, I won't be using them again going forward! X

I tried a clear blue digital earlier but it came up with the 'error' message on screen so didn't work, had a peek inside and this is the result.. I know you shouldn't open tests! But super strange.

The digitalis always have a second line so didn't mean anything unfortunately but the opks are promising 🤞🏻

I managed to get some Amazon prime cheapies last night so hopefully they'll be here today..!

I found out I was pregnant by getting a positive ovulation test. Look like your pregnant x

@lovescaca wow! Congratulations 🥳 I'm still not convinced at all - sorry to sound depressing 🤣🤦🏼‍♀️ I've had so much trouble with FRER before and since I've not been tracking ovulation it could well be that I'm gearing up towards that! Xx

If you reckon you're about 5/6dpo but weren't tracking or using OPKs at that point I'd actually say you're ovulating now OP? Just a bit later than expected? Are you still DTD just incase?

And the FRER test.. 🤔😂
