Blood filled cyst

Has anyone had a blood filled cyst on their ovary - had it surgically removed and then got pregnant ? Because I'm just so scared i'm never going to get pregnant now because of this and I know that's probably not the case but I just need some reassurance x

I had one of those last cycle. It was less than 3cm and doctor didn't seem worried.
I repeated scan this cycle and apparently that hemorrhagic cyst disappeared but I had what appeared to be a corpus luteum cyst in the same ovary which apparently it's very normal after ovulation. I'm going back for a scan before ovulation to check if everything is fine. Apparently these functional cysts are very common and it's a normal part of ovulation. They normally dissappear on its own after a cycle or 2.
How big was your cyst?

@Angie887 I'm not even sure what mine is they just told me to come back for a scan in 3 months (12 weeks) as there was some concern with that fact it contained blood but it's 4cm at the minute x

@TryingForBabyM functional cysts can also be hemorrhagic. My doctor explained to me that most cysts that are hemorrhagic or contain clear fluid are completely normal part of ovulation and normally dissappear without treatment.
If your doctor asked you to repeat scan in 3 months that means they also hope that the cyst will disappear in a couple of cycles so there's still hope 🤞

@Angie887 Indeed however i'm not having regular periods so this cycle could last awhile x
