@Sausage1990 oh darling I'm so sorry you are feeling all the pain again. Massive massive hugs and as part of the incontinent cheerleading crew definitely absolutely behind you. I agree with the others it's so hard thinking about it but you can have a baby and you will. 🌈no experience of turners I'm afraid but I do tell myself that my baby grow because it wasn't the right baby for us, that it's nothing I've done. I don't know if this is helpful or comforting for others to think of tbh

@blackcurrantqueen yup more brown blood, but still only made if a tiny bit onto the liner. So frustrating it's 3 days of brown nothingness now ffs just come on AF 🙄

Currently consumed with work and youngest (Autistic) as she has additional transition days for secondary. It it means driving here there and everywhere for her at middle of the day times a thankfully my job is flexible now and she's worth it!
Feeling exhausted at the minute so finished work, cleaned up, sorted yea and come out for an hour for me! I could actually fall asleep out here...!!

@Crazydoglady123 same two symptoms I had with DD: feeling in my boobs and belly similar to the one you get on a rollercoaster, and being absolutely knackered. Though I started taking liquid iron so it's gotten a bit better. Bloated. Definitely bloated.

But i so want to say @Sausage1990 - hugs to you. I think having an answer is at least help to some degree? A lot to take in but you can move forward from it I hope.

@Somatronic it's not my thyroid TSH and T3 were normal t4 was a bit low but they are pretty sure not thyroid. I'm being tested for diabetes tomorrow as that can cause the ectopic heartbeat.

To anyone who's currently on the bus and trying to lose weight, what are you doing?

I've lost 5 stone in the past doing various different regimes including slimming world, weight watchers, calorie counting and kept it off for nearly 6-7 years but I've put on three stone since DS was born and think by doing something about it, it would a) make me feel like I'm doing something to help the TTC situation and b) help regulate my hormones (known stage 4 endo and ?? PCOS)

Many thanks in advance, have dabbled in intermittent fasting previously but not sure if it's ideal when TTC x

@feliznavidad2 yeah DS is 2 tomorrow. Have blown up a load of balloons with only a loose idea of how I'm going to hang them which is possibly an error....!

@paintfairy oh bless you hope if you have the op you go on OK and it it improves your pain.

So DH has just been to see my brother and parents on his own and talk it through. Brother was upset he'd upset me and my parents had taken it that he was upset with my DH instead! So a misunderstanding for sure. Anyway all is OK now thank goodness. So proud of my DH for standing up for me though x

@feliznavidad2 wow amazing on the 5 stone weight loss!!! That's amazing!! I'm currently losing weight too, put on over a stone through lockdown and was already unhappy with my weight, currently at a 16lb loss, id be happy with 24lb loss I think! So I've been doing 3x weight sessions a week, 5x cardio sessions a week (usually about 30 mins on the bike), 2x pt's a week (either a circuit or weights) and I also walk on the weekends with my dogs, I calorie count as well, just weigh everything out basically, but Ive still been drinking and eating out on the weekends! I'll always stick by a mix of cardio and weights and calorie counting is the way forward for me! As long as you're in a deficit you'll lose it girl💪🏽

@feliznavidad2 I don't calorie count but i try to be careful what I eat, get rid of mindless eating, & I do exercise quite a lot (I love the EMKfit workouts on YouTube that @Dollybird89 got us into) as well as Pilates & other HIIT things on you tube like joe wicks. We are only moving 2 miles away from where we are now as we actually love our current house (we designed it all inside) & the village we live in, but just want more garden/land. So we are only moving one village away, the pub across the road from us will still be our local 🤣
