@clolo you'll smash it! Lots of lovely juicy eggs though rest up afterwards, it's not the most comfortable thing, I felt ok on the day but felt bruised the day after. DH laughed at me as apparently I was hilarious on the anaesthetic & had to ask him to resist everything that was said as I didn't remember! Early is better, less time to stew

@Kirky658 glad you got a bit of rest but get to bed!

As expected, bfn, wasn’t making any sense testing mid cycle, I know... so till mid July my friends, at least I’ll definitely won’t have an inconvenient due date, I may not have a due date at all, but not an inconvenient one

@becarefuloutthere at 43 with a child already there's not much point on investigations, not that the NHS would even consider, we'll give it until the end of the year, it may not meant to be

@minster2012 I won't lie I nearly didn't post it to my personal page I wanted to chicken out but I definitely did feel so much better after posting it, it felt so freeing just to get it out there like a weight has been lifted. 😊
Had an appointment with the fertility clinic cancelled last week due to staff shortages 🙄 I'd reached the goal weight they wanted for the tube check but after last weeks downer I went on a bit of a fuck it binge and put on 6lb!!!! 🤯 So going to need to work my butt off to lose that before I can rearrange the appointment. Once they check my tubes are clear they'll then try put forward my case to getting transfered to the RMC but not to get my hopes up as they don't usually accept anything under 6 weeks as being an official m/c. I'm just going to focus on keeping stress levels down and being happy, if no baby appears from it then its not like I've lost anything by being happy 😊

@vil10 how awful of his friend, sometimes it takes money matters to show people's true colours, your OH must be feeling gutted and probably more so over the loss of what he thought was a friend than the money 😔

@Franklydear bfn's suck even when you are half expecting them 😔 Get your tunes on and get dancing about perk yourself up....or have some yummy snacks and veg with netflix whatever method is going to help you beat the one line blues. Big hugs.

Start of my summer hols which really means the start of tackling the massive to do list that I've been putting of all year 🙈 Got a 2mile walk in this morning, will paint the garden fence then another walk this afternoon. Trying to Combine stuff I have to do for the house with stuff I need to do for me and keeping me chilled. Have a couple of hours where DS is in nursery mon-wed which is an added bonus to get things done in peace without worrying what death defying stunt he's attempting while my back's turned 😂

My period is a week late now. No idea what's going on or where it is or what usually happens during annovulatory cycles.

I had to cancel the hycosy as period is MIA and the doctor is away next week so looks like I won't be able to do it this cycle. That's a bit of a spanner in the works as it has to be done ahead of my next appointment at the fertility clinic so I'm cutting it fine.

@Somatronic oof that's annoying! You should be able to do it the week the doc is back though hopefully?

Got my IVF funding paperwork through at the weekend... Not sure whether to fill it out now or wait until the end of the month? I'm worried that once I start the pathway I can't delay/pause things without having to start all over again.

@Somatronic I think with an annovulatory cycle AF can be a bit late/lighter/different as the body isn’t getting the usual signals. Usual cure is to get your hopes up and POAS (speaking from experience).

Starting today I'm OHs taxi to work as his co-worker is being tested for covid 🤦 thank God they not been together for last 10 days . 6am starts are fun 🤣 but it's cool I get to get close to railway track while he unloads all his work gear 😁

No idea where I'm at with my cycle.. cd 12 I think .. no idea how I'm gonna tell if iv ovulated.. after only 3cycles in 1year and unpredictable how the duck am I gonna figure it out? 🤷🤦

@Juno231 it has to be done in the first 10 days of the cycle so it's more than likely that I'll miss it this cycle entirely .

I'm tempted to use the money I'd earmarked for IVF to renovate the house and just stop all this TTC stuff. It's very hard going emotionally. The only thing stopping me is my complete inability to locate a builder. I can't get fucking anything done this year. Grrrrr.

@Haiyaa thanks for the info! That was me last week. Checking due dates and the whole shebang like an idiot. Luckily I had day 21 bloods done so that snapped me out of my delusion pretty quick.
