No idea what's going on here, 8dpo, still spotting brown discharge - sore boobs but my gut says my womb is just being a bit of a dick. I may test on Sunday if still no proper bleeding but not holding out much hope. Bit concerned by my v v short literal phase but then am only three months off the pill I suppose. 🤷‍♀️ V sensible eating here and recorded everything on MFP which I'm pleased about. Now to maintain some dietary control over the weekend...

AF arrived this morning so I'm on a 30 day cycle with a 11/12 day LP. Onto July, let's go 😃😬 adding in evening primrose oil and the coq10 I bought. Anything else anyone suggests?

AVA and Applaws are on the list, so if you feed your cats their dry food it's worth taking a look. We feed our two Applaws but luckily Amazon was really good with refunding the whole bag.

I'm pretty grumpy and meh about life today, I'm blaming hormones crashing ready for AF (usually happens late afternoon for me). Bit migrainey too so had ibuprofen, pasta salad and Diet Coke for breakfast!

Oh and thanks @InkyPaper it's only a check up but I do hate it...was busy being a grown up when I booked myself in, wish I hadn't!

I never realised how bad the NHS waiting times are at the moment for fertility purposes I’m unsure if it’s down to COVID potential delays when clinics shut down or if it’s always been like it 🤔

Eeeek sorry yes it was for you 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I was doing a long reply on another thread and got the two usernames muddled up because I'm shit at replying on a daily basis 🙈🙈🙈 I'm still in the long cycle club, CD45 and sweet AF, wish my phone would stop asking me if my period has started on Flo app... it hasn't now bugger off 🙃 I'm litterally so done with these cycles, I have so many signs I ovulate like EWCM so we baby dance the night away each and every time but never any end product! I keep googling looking into every supplement what could potentially bring my cycle back but I've tried every wonder in the book for it! Vitex, inositol, preg care, conceive plus ovulation support, wish my ovaries would behave themselves 🥺

@kaylsd ha yeah I don't even want to think about the fact that I went in for my first fertility related blood test in July last year so we're nearing the one year mark of NHS faffing and still got a way to go until IVF comes round.

@Juno231 I've no idea. The side that wore off actually didn't work the first time well and he put more in before being able to start. No idea if there wasn't enough in or I just don't block well! I'm pretty sure he shouldn't have left though until the op was over. Leaving just the assistant anaesthetist. Had it wore off sooner than it had they'd have had to whack a GA in. He snook out though and I don't know at what point. Other people seem to say it can happen though. But the anaesthetist i saw after was telling me it can't possibly have worn off and shouldn't that fast. I was wriggling my fingers like- definitely had! 🙄

The nhs fertility wait is ridiculous. I'm going to have delay the iui because I need another xray in 2 weeks. But it's going to be next year now for ivf I reckon for me? It's all dragging on. I'm not even sure i ovulated as I was due to at the time of my accident and I've still been getting cm. So I wonder if I didn't. Which delays it even more. 🙈🤣
The whole thing is just madness really. Years of faffing.
