@becarefuloutthere yes deffo lol. I don't mind late toooo much but it's an hour late now though so I assume will actually not happen. So my main concern is having to book another appointment and wait god knows how long for it?

So they called 71 min late in the end and it was so shit lol. Purely a recap of my current situation/lap results... what's the point of that?

She said next steps would be IVF but that it's very invasive and they'll only consider it once 2 years have gone. How long have you been trying she then asks me - I point out 2 years is next month (per their records anyway lol, they don't need to know I'll only be 20 cycles in then) and she went "oh, well I guess I could refer you to the funding assessment".

I asked for her to get that process rolling and asked what the timelines are (seeing as I was worried I might have to postpone it due to the new job) and she said it takes a month to get the paperwork and then they follow an 18 week pathway for IVF but it might longer due to covid... so def getting that ball rolling now!

Hi ladies thanks for the support. Feeling really downtrodden after that horrible message this morning and it really upset me as its hard to know if I did the right thing have the jab or not. Safe to say the lady in question has been blocked from my insta and Facebook now!

@juno231 sorry you had such a delay for your appt! Glad you're getting the ball rolling on the IVF as well.

@minster2012 any AF for you yet? Shes here for me I think... Last time she started light then got worse so looks the same this time... Perfect timing 😡🤬. Took dog to vets for final jab before kennels tomorrow and forgot the bloody vaccine card so had to come back wait for some parcels (got distracted retouching the dye on my hair) then I gotta go back just to get a signature to prove to kennels she's had it 🤦🤦 when I get back it's time to pack... Wooo! Sounds like a diary entry 😂

Not much to update here, currently off work as can't sit up without feeling ridiculously dizzy and sick. Got some different tablets to help but my stomach is also wreaking havoc on me so struggling to do much other than lie in bed. Feeling a bit sorry for myself really, which is outrageous when this is all I've wanted for so long 😢

@Kirky658 I hope you called a c word. Covid has brought out the absolute worst in some people. I’ll be getting my jab in the second trimester.

Girls, too many to tag, but thanks to you all for your support. It just knocked me for six as it was such a difficult decision to make then she went off spouting sh*t like that, plus that with hormones made me so emotional.

Ps who knew my boss was empathetic... Told her about what happened with this girl and that I was feeling rough after my jab (got headache, feeling a bit warm and tired) and she's told me to log off for the day! 🤣

@blackcurrantqueen ah I'm sorry you're feeling rubbish. I really hope it gets better soon. I should hear back before the end of the week but I am SO worried I won't get it as I've mentally checked out of this role already lol.

@Kirky658 what a horrible human being. Who gets their kicks from making others feel bad, it says a lot about her as a person!? Even if that was her opinion she had zero need to message you to say it, I'm raging on your behalf! Don't let her words play on your mind making you doubt yourself, you obviously made an informed decision before getting it and decided having it was better for your baby than the risk of catching it while pregnant putting both you and baby at greater risk (Personally I'd have gotten it too). I hope you sent her a strongly worded message back!

@juno231 you must be feeling rather frustrated after how late the call was then the fact it wasn't exactly helpful. Glad you've pushed to get the ball rolling tho. Sounds like a good plan from you've both came up with over the timescales/job.

@blackcurrantqueen don't feel guilty about feeling down when going thru shitty symptoms. I had a horrible time when pregnant with DS and know the conflicting emotions when it's something you've tried for for so long and feel like you're being ungrateful not enjoying the pregnancy. But a good friend said to me it's OK to want the baby with every fibre of your being AND hate the pregnancy part. Be kind to yourself.

@dkdk123 thanks lovely. I did reply to her with my reasons and based on SCIENTIFIC evidence decided to get it, but she thinks covid is a hoax and the government are using it to control us all. So tells you all you need to know really. Funny thing is I used to work with her and because she's in my industry my boss threatened to report her to her employer for harrassment 😂

Got DS (3) a new doctors playset. He put the stethoscope on my stomach "Hmm, I see the problem......you have a baby in your tummy." Didn't know whether to feel sad or quietly hope he's psychic 😂

So I'm now on Day 30 and no AF (usually about 28 days) but feel really bloaty and periody still. Had my first covid jab in this cycle so might be that messing with it. Or I could eventually be reverting back to a decent LP in which case AF not due until a Monday. Or I could be pregnant, really don't think so, I sort of knew with DS but I don't feel any different this time, just like AF is about to hit!
