Symptoms after very early miscarriage

For anyone who had an early miscarriage, how long did your symptoms continue for? And did you get any new symptoms or a change of symptoms?
I think i had a very early miscarriage but i wont know for a couple of weeks for sure until the hgc leaves my system. Breasts are feeling tender for the first time but im not sure if it is because i am still breastfeeding DS1 or what. Sometimes i think i feel little twinges down there and a heaviness at times.

I had a chemical in February. Tested positive at around 13dpo, started bleeding heavily 4 days later. I tested negative two days later and had no further symptoms, my next cycle was a bit longer, but that's it. How early was your miscarriage?

I had a miscarriage at 5 weeks and my uterus felt heavy and twinges for months afterwards. I had bad period cramps that woke me in the night which is very unusual for me.

This was all during Covid so GPs were very dismissive and I didn't get seen. I was worried about infection. Seems it was all ok as it's all fine now.
