We've been TTC unsuccessfully for a few months now. At the end of last year I lost a lot of weight with an ED, now I'm back at a healthy, albeit lowish, weight and in a good place mentally but I think my low fat stores might be impacting my hormone levels.

I seem to be ovulating fine and am very regular, but have very light periods and the last couple of months have had cramping at 8/9DPO that doesn't turn into a BFP.

I've got an appointment with a fertility acupuncturist in a couple of weeks, but there's so much other conflicting advice on the web that I can't work out if there's anything else that's actually safe to do. Other than putting weight on obviously which is a work in progress!

Would be lovely to hear from anyone that's conceived with v light periods or post ED, and if there's anything you did that seemed to help.
