I have been TTC#1 for 4 years and I finally conceived with an IUI and my beautiful DD was born in January this year. I haven't been using contraception and am still BF a little. My cycle is always under 28 days apart from 1 time this year when my periods started again where it went to 35 days. Basically my periods were due at the latest on Saturday (28 days). I did an HPT yesterday morning and I got a very faint (which I thought might be an evap line). Then I bought 2 more tests. I then took another one which is different and you're supposed to get a dot in a window and ther was nothing there, so I gave up.
Still no periods, so I tested again tonight with another brand, and I get a faint!
I will go tomorrow for a blood test but in the mean time, I just can't rest.
What do you think?

I forgot to say that a few days ago I had major cramping and really bad diarrhea (sorry TMI).

Oohh, how exciting! I'm pregnant and had been trying for 2 years so when I thought I may be pregnant I bought the clearblue test which actually prints 'pregnant' or 'not pregnant' because I really didn't want to be squinting at some line!!
I would have to say stranger things have happened and I really think I finally managed to get pregnant because we were on holiday, very relaxed, often tipsy and weren't concentrating on ttc. Sounds like you are probably in a similar boat so it may well have happened.
Anyway good luck, assuming you would be happy to be pregnant again so soon!

Thanks DD. My head tells me it's a no, but still, it's weird. Even my husband is a bit confused and he is normally the cynical one.

Thanks Janus. Well 2 under 2 would be hard but yes. Would be delighted not to have to go through injections and scans very day etc... It can't be true though.
I have something very silly in my head though: when I got pregnant last year, on my way to buy the test a black cat crossed the road in front of the car from right to left, and yesterday on my way back from the chemist, the same thing happened. I nearly drove ran it over.
I knwo this is complete nonsense. I am clutching at straws here. If I turn out to be pregnant, I'll become the most supersitious person ever!

OK, I probably came across as completely neurotic last night so I scared everybody off.
Turned out I AM PREGNANT!

I will never trust HPT tests again, and I am officially the most superstitious woman ever.

Yipeeeee!! What fabulous news and, like you say, what a blessing to not have to go through all your previous scans, etc.

my cousins ex had her baby last night her other baby will be one in jan that will be hard work so just be prepared to be organised

wow excellent news. I've got a few friends that have had such a small gap and i gather that it is really hard work for about a year and then becomes much easier than having the more usual 2 or 3 year gap.

I came off the pill 30th of january and we started trying last friday!!.last sunday the 2nd of feb i had really bad cramps as well felt horrible then i had diahrrea too.
also today i had bad cramps and abit of diarrhea could this be signs of coming off pill or pregnant! i am due 26th of jan
