Faint positive internet cheapie

So not sure if I'm posting in the right place as I'm new to this but help me out ladies! So I am currently on cycle day 40. I'm pretty irregular with cycles ranging from 30-43days and I am currently not tracking ovulation so I'm unsure what dpo I am. Anyway I took an internet cheapy yesterday and got a vvvfl. I thought I was imaging it so I threw it away however I've done another today and its slightly darker and I think pink. Both times the lines showed within 5mins. Are these tests reliable? They're from ebay and they are called one step. Also how do I post a picture? Thanks in advance ladies!

I used to swear by those tests but the last lot I had gave me awful false lines definitely pink I got so excited but all other tests were negative, then checked and my husband and bathroom tap also got a line :(

Have you got another test you can do like an frer? 🤞🏻 for you that it will show on another brand and be your positive just didn't want to give possible false hope after my experience

@firsttimemummy321 thank you for your response I was worried about it being a false positive. I unfortunately can't get a first response until payday which is 4 days away! Planning to test with the strip again in 2 days. If its darker I'll buy a frer if not I may just wait for my period. Also I am a new member I didn't know I couldn't post a picture straight away aha.
