Hi ladies. On May 1st I had a miscarriage at 5w+2d. My test lines were barely there before that time so I probably lost it around 4w. I bled for 3 days then 5 days later I done a pregnancy test and it was negative.
On 15th May I ovulated, then on 27th May I got a faint positive so was pregnant again no period in between.

When I got to about 5 weeks (3w since conception) my tests started getting fainter again. I then started getting bad cramps on Tuesday. Phoned EPU on Wednesday because I started spotting and the cramping got worse.

I was given an appointment for a scan on Thursday. They couldn't see anything on the scan (transvaginal) and said they thought that what they could see was a sack but they couldn't be sure because it was so small. My pregnancy test there was faint too. The nurse said because they couldn't see much that I may be pregnant but it might be somewhere else in my body and not where it should be.

I got my bloods taken on Thu and my hcg came back at 141 so was told to come back today for a repeat and they'd advise next steps.
My bloods today came back at 147.
So not doubled how they should but not dropped yet.
I've now to go back on Monday for more bloods, I just wish it was over with 😔 my cramps are worse but there's been no spotting since the first time.
With my last miscarriage I bled first then the cramps came after. These cramps have been getting progressively worse and last night woke me up a few times.

Does anyone have any experience of this? The nurse today told me I may need to come back for a scan and maybe some medication if it doesn't pass on it's own. I just feel exhausted with it all.

Any advice at all would be appreciated ladies ❤

Forgot to say, I should be 6 weeks today so hcg should be nearer late 100s/1000s

This sounds like most of my miscarriages. The first was diagnosed as ectopic under similar circumstances to you, hcg not rising properly, low for how far along a was and very bad cramps. Couldn't be seen on scan. After that I went on to have 6 very early miscarriages. All the same, very faint lines on test so I knew what to expect, cramping which weirdly got worse when I needed the loo. And then around 5-6 weeks I would start bleeding. I didn't bother going to EPU with these. In hingsight I think the first was exactly the same thing I had probably would have started bleeding myself if they hadn't treated.

I'm not saying that will be the case and obviously ectopic can be very serious so needs treating if that's what they suspect.

Thank you. Yes my cramping is worse before I go to the loo and sometimes worse after. I should be 6w+1 day today and still no bleeding so it's a waiting game now.
