AZ vaccine and conception

I had my second AZ vaccine on 20th may and had BFP on 6th June exactly 2 weeks later. Anyone conceived and all been well?

Any advice on if I should get checked out early or take and advice from gp etc.

I had AZ second dose on Wednesday 9th June and just found out I’m around 3 weeks pregnant.
