Hey sorry to hear you're feeling tearful 😞 did they say what the cyst is? And what are the other tests for?

TryingForBabyM · 11/06/2021 20:58

@kittylau44 No they didn't sadly just told me i had a 4cm cyst but the rest of my results are pending until my doctor calls me in - and was just an external and internal ultrasound to see if i had pcos or something that was preventing me from getting pregnant xx

I can imagine that's left you feeling really worried, being given only a snippet of information like that and Dr Google can give you an array of 'worse case scenarios' but please be reassured that cysts are common and have lots of different causes and more importantly now that you know there's a cyst there you're one step closer to an answer about your fertility 🙂 I hope your doctor comes back to you with useful information and whatever the outcome I'm sure there's a solution 🤞😊

Cysts are so common and can come and go without a woman even noticing. Often they don't effect a woman's ability to conceive. Hopefully yours will be one of those ones and won't cause you any issues conceiving.
