TTC after 18 weeks miscarraige

Can I TTC the first cycle after losing a pregnancy at 18 weeks? I lost my DS at 18 weeks on May 5th. Started AF today. Can I try again in 2 weeks assuming I ovulate then? Or should I wait another cycle. My OB advised nothing in the vagina for 6 weeks from D&C which was on May 5th.It will be six weeks in 2 weeks.

Yes you can, they usually say wait a cycle to get your body back in rhythm & make sure it's a new pregnancy, but you don't even have to do that. So after the AF after miscarriage yes. We have been TTC straight away, not had an af yet
