Hi everyone ☺️

Just wondering if any of you lovely people would have any advice for a newbie TTC? We tried for a bit before the wedding but didn't actually track anything. We're now stress free & want to try.

Thanks

I highly recommend the Femometer app for tracking :) I also use the Femometer thermometer to take my bbt every day and test for ovulation using their OPKs from Amazon 🥰 I've been trying a really long time now so this month we are taking a break from all the tracking and testing! Good luck 🥰 x

@shadaaaa totally depends - if you want to be more in control, then I'd suggest temping or using ovulation kits as well. But that isn't necessarily the "stress free" way as you will be very involved almost every day in your cycle.
If you want to take an easier approach I'd suggest to start with an ovulation app / calendar that will predict your next AF, and +/- your ovulation date. Also gear up on vitamins, start with folic acid, I'd also recommend vitamin D and C.
And last but not least, have fun! Keep in mind that it's perfectly normal for healthy couple to try for 12 months until a BFP. Maybe you're lucky and you'll get pregnant in the first cycle, but don't be sad if it doesn't work out that soon.
