Hello everyone

Just wondering is anyone else TTC on a really short cycle. I bleed for 5-7 days and have in total a 18 day cycle. Has anyone got pregnant with this before?

I have gone to doctors got many tests and they are saying nothing is wrong and I have to wait it out

This has been happening for a few months

Thanks

Hey i didnt want to read and run

I have read positive stories where ladies have OV between CD 6/10 and go ahead and have successful pregnancies so definitely possible xx

Do you use OPKS & BBT ? at any chance??

Don't give up and stay positive xx keeping all my fingers crossed for you xx

That’s gives me some hope I literally have 7 days of not bleeding and then go back onto another light period so I’m not even sure what’s going on now. I’m having my ovaries checked through Ultrasound soon but everything come back Normal

The doctor said just wait it out but there only so much I can wait :(

Do you know what day you ovulate? I think with cycles that short you are likely ovulating very early with an egg that is not mature or you have a very short follicular phase which could be problematic. Think it is definitely worth asking Gp to look into. Good luck

The doctor has given me blood tests and done smear tests all came back normal. I’m having an TVU soon to check ovaries. I haven’t been tracking ovulation with kits as not actively TTC. The doctors said nothing is wrong with me basically and that I have to wait for my body to sort itself :(
