Has anyone been pregnant with no symptoms? And been fine?

My MMC I had no symptoms so I'm worried now :( and with my son I had loads x

I had two nights where I felt sick after my dinner for about an hour. I must have been around 2 weeks pregnant and didn't know.
That's all I had.

I never had any other symptom until I started to get heartburn later on in pregnancy.

I had no symptoms for several weeks. I had a mmc in my first pregnancy and had awful symptoms 4 weeks after baby died. Symptoms or no symptoms does not mean anything I'm afraid.

I had no symptoms in either of my pregnancies. None. Both are happy, healthy adults now.

I'm only 11dpo so very early period due tomorrow but after 2 miscarriages I can't help but feel so worried 😟

I felt totally normal, really fantastic, actually. I felt great basically up until delivery aside from the normal discomfort of having an enormous bump, having to go to the loo constantly, and a bit of heartburn at night when laying down at the end of my pregnancies.

I'm 5+4, not had anything except awful heartburn at about 2am this morn. Can't remember when symptoms kicked in with my DD, so a bit worried but trying to stay positive and grateful!
