Evap or positive?

I'm on CD35, AF due today but didn't come. I took an FRER at midday but looked like a pretty stark negative to me. Few hours later, had a look and saw this.
What do you squinters think?
I will of course be testing first thing in the morning!

@Clementine101 that's how faint my BFP was when I first tested a day after AF was due. Also not with FMU. I think it looks very promising, but test again tomorrow with FMU, you'll get a clearer picture!
