Evap lines?

Took a test this morning at 12DPO , my boss immediately called me and I totally forgot I'd taken one for at least an hour. When I came to check I can 100% see a second line, but I'm not sure if it's an evap, is this likely?

Obviously I will test again tomorrow but it's killing me, I've never seen a second line before so trying to get my hopes back down!!

Turned up the contrast on one, so can see there's definitely a line but again, it was outside of the reading window 😩

Evap lines are normally clear. That looks pink to me!

Arghh I hope so! Is it worth grabbing an FRER or will it have the same result? I daren't take another test today, it's so weak I don't imagine it would be any clearer using a 'not morning wee' !!

Some people will say anything outside of the test period is faulty (~5mins).
I definitely see a line, so just retest when you can.
To be honest I don't use first morning pee. It gives me lighter lines. I usually go with second morning pee.
When I found out I was pregnant it was after 4pm and I was only 8dpo (I just couldn't wait 🙄) and I could see a super light line.

Thanks Vix, TMI but my pee usually looks like water throughout the day so I think I'm best sticking to mornings hahaha! I'll try again tomorrow, you guys haven't hampered my hopes 🤞
