Ive taken a test today amd pretty sure its negative as i'm only 8dpo. Ive had a few symptoms similiar to when i was pregnant with my twins. The last few days ive been feeling sick and this morning ive actually been sick. Ive had slight cramps and twinges and sore boobs. The test ive taken was a one step test and im not sure how reliable they are. I have first response being delivered on friday

Hi @Chels966! At 8dpo you're very early to test. Some women will get a positive, but most don't. I'd suggest to wait for a couple mor days and test again. Fingers crossed!

That’s the problem with testing at 8dpo I’m afraid. Any negative you get, you’ll wonder if it’s a genuine one which costs you a lot of money on more tests

I have some first response that should be delivered on friday so i'm thinking i might try one of those saturday morning as that would put me at 11dpo. I just wasnt sure about the one step tests as i never used those tests before x

I’d do it later to be honest. Same issue, if you get a negative at 11dpo, you’ll wonder if it’s true

I personally wouldn't test that early. It's so pricey and nerve wracking because - unless it's a clear positive - you won't get a clear answer. It just makes me more nervous. If you're pregnant, your AF won't show up. Then your chances of a BFP will be high.
But to each their own, it's your decision :) just because I can't handle it, doesn't mean you can't.

I still have a fair few of the one step as they were a bulk buy on ebay for around £2 so they werent too pricey. Af is due monday as i have a pretty regular 28 day cycle. I only tested early because of the random sickness and in my previous pregnancy i was hospitalised at just under 4 weeks pregnang with severe morning sickness x

Hello ladies, first time in this platform. I O’d on CD 13 (used OPK) and I’m now 15 DPO. Was hoping for a BFP but got a negative result this morning. The only symptom I have is slightly swollen breasts but no sensitivity. I used clear blue click and flip to test. Desperately waiting to get BFP.
