Irregular periods! Trying for baby

Hello, new to all this
I had my implant bar taken out November 2020. Was told fertility and everything should be normal. I had my first period in the January, but they have been soooo irregular ever since! With cycle days of 38 & 45 I’m currently on a cycle of 63 days!? I had normal 28 days cycles before
Been to the doctors to have bloods but they’ve said everything is fine and they won’t help until it’s been a year.
Has anyone got any advice for this? Or to help regulate periods?
Just feel at a dead end and loosing hope

Either it's still regulating post HBC or your implant was hiding problems you already had. I'd recommend you start temping to see when/if you ovulate to help you with TTC. If you hit the right days for DTD you should still be able to get pregnant hopefully!

I second @juno231's advice re temping. It will help you create a better understanding of what's going on.

I have irregular cycles since coming off the pill too (I came off a year ago). I have started taking Conceive Plus Fertility support with the Conceive Plus Ovulation support and have had 1 x cycle at 32 days (ovulation on CD18) and I have just ovulated on CD15. Might be a coincidence but the Ovulation support vitamins are meant to help you regulate. Might be worth a try.

What everyone said. Temping or starting with OPK.
