Why the temp increase?

Had a big jump this morning .25c

Never had a jump like that in the luteal phase.

Ovusense uses core body temp so shouldn’t be affected by outside temps.

Anyone have any thoughts?

Possible implantation on 6dpo?

Does Ovusense adjust temperatures in the same way a Tempdrop does? I've had rises like that that my Tempdrop usually adjusts down the next day.

Could mean something, could mean nothing. Unfortunately temperatures mean very little beyond confirming ovulation.

Not alot of advice as I've only been tacking my bbt for 3 month but that could mean an implantation dip this is my chart I'm hoping it goes bk up tomorrow my temps have never been this high so I'm hoping it's a good sign

I had a fairly noticeable temp increase on both of my pregnancies around 6/7 DPO :) could be a positive sign for you!

If it stays up it's a triphasic chart. Doesn't mean it's a bfp but it is a lot more common in bfp charts! Fingers crossed for you

Thanks ladies. Hope it’s a lucky month, been trying 24 months now. It’s my highest natural temp in 8 cycles.

@kennetrose no, it’s an internal sensor, measures core body temp every 5 mins and gives an average temp when you sync to phone.

From what is said external conditions don’t affect core temp.

I don’t want to get your hopes up too much, but this is what happened when I got my BFP. Fingers crossed for you.

Any chance you also monitor resting heart rate with a fit bit etc, if so check out your chart. with my last pregnancy I had a dip in rhr around the same time as a slight temp dip then the next day it shot back up and then kept going up higher and higher, that's how I knew i was pregnant, good luck xx

@sarahc336 no I don’t, I have couple of watches but can’t find the chargers!

I’ll see what temp does next couple of days and grab a couple of frers tomorrow for 10dpo onwards. Only have a 20miu in the house

Temp stayed up this morning.

Did do a test and thought I could see a shadow but don’t think there’s anything there yet plus too early if it was implantation and was a 20miu test.

Too soon and too crappy a test - get a FRER ready for tomorrow though!

@Juno231 I am going to do. Crack out the big guns. Only a FRER will do this early!

Urgh took a FRER as they were there. Not sure if anything is there or not

I’ll test again tomorrow and then wait it out a couple of days if nothings there

WOOP! Congratulations! After 24 months??? I wonder what on earth made your body go "OK" this time.

You give me hope though - I'm on cycle 19 :)

@Juno231 I had a a couple of chemicals when I first started trying.

I then got pregnant in March last year. Had a scan at 10 weeks and had a mmc/blighted ovum. Had medical management in May, surgical management in June and surgical management again in July. AF then went missing for 18 weeks and cycles have been a bit erratic since which is why I got the Ovusense.

So 24 months since we started trying, cycle 8 since AF returned.

You’ll get there though xx

@Redpanda21 ah a bit different then - I am sorry to hear about all the MCs though, that must have been really tough. I've never had a BFP ever so I think I'm unlikely to get one now without help. Hopefully I'll get there eventually though.

@Juno231 have you tried Ubiquinol?

Randomly I started a month ago again and BFP, when I got pregnant before I started Ubiquinol 4 weeks before again.

Have you had tests done? I was supposed to have HSG this coming cycle xx

@Redpanda21 ha yeah it's for egg quality though and is supposed to take 3 months to have an effect I think. I've been taking it on and off for over a year now. Had all my tests done and it's unexplained infertility so I'm just waiting for the green light to start the funding application for IVF on the NHS :)
