Has anyone's dp taken this and had any improvement in sperm quality? Did you conceive if your dp was taking these? If so how long?

Not an answer but DH has recently started these on the recommendation of our consultant so following with interest!

My fiancé has just started taking it. It's only been a cycle and any supplements need 3+ months to take full effect so it's hard to say if it's doing any good. But fwiw our doctor recommended it.
