Anovulatory Cycles...

Has anyone experienced an anovulatory cycle before? I have a feeling that's what I'm going through right now... no peak OPKs, no temp rise and no PMS... Started spotting yesterday and am really confused if it's my period or something else🤔😣

Sorry I can't help you but I have had peaks 2 cycles ago and then this cycle is nothing (see image - they clearly aren't peaks as control is always darker!). I don't know why but this is cycle 10 or 11 for me. I have no pms and haven't done since cycle 5 or 6. Started eating better month after month and cutting out the bad things. Don't understand why it's worse now. I feel you! Don't have spotting though sorry but maybe take a test if you're thinking of something positive.
