Hi, just really hoping to connect and hear experiences of anyone who has gone through similar please. Lost a pregnancy in March at approx 6weeks. Missed miscarriage. Had Erpc, then medical management but still retained so had hysteroscopy a week ago.
Feeling really strange about it all. Have negative test already but hard to feel like it's finally over. Lot of worry about whether it has caused any damage. Would I know? Feeling twinges and a bit of a strange sensation still, I'm unsure whether that's normal. Just feeling really flat about it all and can't find any similar stories on here
Thanks

@Emmerina really sorry for your loss, it sounds like you've had a really rough time.

I do t think there's any way of knowing if damaged was caused but it is unlikely.

To give you some hope, I conceived 8 months after my erpc and I'm now sat with my 8mo dd, watching a film.

I had failed erpc too then medical management. I was booked in for hysteroscopy but the day before I started a really heavy period which flushed the last bit. Start to finish it took 11 weeks

So sorry for what you’ve been through. It’s really hard and sad.
I got pregnant February last year, sadly it was a MMC. Started and finished bleeding in April. 2 months later still getting positive HPT’s. Got excited was a new pregnancy, turned out was retained product from the MMC and ended up having a D&C in June. It was an awful process to have gone through. So drawn out. Id essentially been pregnant with a non viable pregnancy for 5 months!! A couple of months after the D&C I went to gp as I just felt I needed confirmation it was all gone. I had bloods done and an ultrasound to confirm all was ok which it was/is and that was reassuring. Although still no BFP since then sadly. Sending love xx

Thanks @toadstool32, appreciate your reply. Was starting to feel a bit alone in this. Have had a miscarriage before, thought that was drawn out having had two procedures but this was even longer. Sorry to hear you went through similar and thank you for sharing
