Best time to test OPK

What is the best time of day to use an OPK? For reference I’m using these this month

It says in the instructions :)

For CB they ask for FMU!

Last month I used the advanced digital and it asked for FMU but these ones say any time of day so not sure

I use those and it doesn't matter as long as you do it roughly the same time each day. I have IC's that I use twice a day atm and my plan is to use the CB one when I feel I have a positive on the IC for confirmation.

I have read afternoon is best so I use the IC's at around 1pm and 5pm.
