Any chart gurus?

Just wondering what people make of my chart. Does that count as a temp drop at 6dpo or would it need to be a bigger temp change for that?

It's a small dip - pretty normal at that point in the TWW due to a second rise in estrogen which lowers the temp. Some people think it's an implantation dip but in reality lots of BFN charts have it too.

Your increase in temp at 7dpo is interesting though - looks like you're heading towards a triphasic chart :)

@Juno231 aha ok, that's interesting about the second oestrogen rise, I didn't know about that. What would need to happen for my chart to my triphasic? Does it just need to stay up or go higher?

I feel stupidly hot today and my temperature is 99.4 (obviously not bbt, that's my awake and moving round temperature) it's is weird cause if anything I normally run a bit cold.

@Noodella18 it's triphasic if it has another temp shift 7dpo onwards - so one more temp at that level ish and FF will let you know if it's triphasic. It's much more common in bfp charts so fingers crossed for you.

And yes it's called a secondary oestrogen surge if you want to look into it - it's caused by the corpus luteum I think.

@juno231 aha ok cool, so just needs to stay up. I wasn't sure if it would count as a shift because it follows the same line as before the small dip at 6dpo, like if that happened it would have got there anyway.
