Hey everyone,

So I took a first response on Monday night and I got a very faint line..

Tuesday nothing 🤔 both morning and afternoon??

This morning nothing...

Why would this happen does anyone know?

The line looks pink to me and not grey like an evap would be..I'm confused.

I don't know when my period is due because they are irregular after stopping the pill, my boobs keep getting shooting pains and I've been having a pulling/pressure sensation in my left side for over a week!!

No idea what is going on!

I've attached photos, obviously the top test looks dry because it is, I've just kept it. It was like that when I took it... Slightly lighter infact x

Hello OP, could you get a digital test that says pregnant or not pregnant? I always feel they're clearer and easier to trust!

firsttimemummy321 · 26/05/2021 16:24

@Lauren526x does the one with the line have colour (pink?) in the photo it looks grey so could have been a horrible indent they are quite bad for them atm.
If it's pink then it's possible your urine was less concentrated in the later tests. How many dpo are you?

@snoopy8 digitalis are a lot less sensitive so if there's a faint or no line on an frer a digital would definitely show negative (have to wait til later to use them)

Lauren526x · 26/05/2021 16:28

@firsttimemummy321 to me it looks quite pink?

I will attach a photo It's hard to get good light!

Do you think it looks grey?x

It could be a chemical pregnancy. How many DPO are you?
I would do another test the day of your missed period.
Sorry if it is a chemical x

It's annoying cos it stands out more in real life!xx

@Lauren526x it's hard to tell in the photo (I know I've had faint very pink lines but look grey on the photos.
If it's pink in real life I'd say retest in a few days if you can hold out and see what happens. I've had multiple chemical pregnancies now sometimes it's just not viable and starts to implant so you get a faint line then it doesn't stick as it's not viable so goes negative and then af comes.

I hope it's not that but that's my experience 🤞🏻 for you

Lauren526x · 26/05/2021 16:45

@firsttimemummy321 thank you for your replies. I will keep testing, it's just so frustrating isn't it when you don't know xx

Like others have said it might be a chemical unfortunately. I can see lines in all 3 but the top one is the most obvious one. Going by that I would say it's more likely a chemical than an indent as there are 3 lines, how likely are you to see 3 indents 🤷🏼‍♀️

Juno231 · 26/05/2021 16:58

I agree with previous posters, looks like you might be having a chemical pregnancy :(

Lauren526x · 26/05/2021 17:13

@Juno231 @choccrumpet thank you for taking the time to reply to me.

@choccrumpet I'm glad you said that because I can too.

I know nothing about chemical pregnancies, should my period just come in the next few days if that is the case?x

@Lauren526x if it's a chemical then yes it should come any day. I've had a few, it's crap but it's more common than is reported. Hope you're feeling okay!
